TOFFEE CHIP COOKIES

Our snowballs were such a big hit we decided to play around with the recipe. We ended up with toffee chip cookies. It's the same delicious melty crunch of a snowball but we have swapped toasted almonds for sweet chewy toffee. Then we substituted dark chocolate for the powdered sugar. It's the same- but it's different! Try them both… your tummy will thank you.
